摘要
分别用不同浓度多效唑喷施蒲苞花,结果表明多效唑有明显的矮化作用。处理后的植株、株高和围径都明显减少,并随施用浓度增大作用效果加强。处理后,叶绿素含量增加,吲哚乙酸氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性明显增高,蛋白质含量呈减少趋势。
Physiological effects of PP333 on Calcelaria crenatiflora were studled. It was found thatPP333 strongly suppressed growth and increaesd the activities of peroxidase and IAA oxidaseand the higher the PP333 concentration,he stronger the effects,PP333 iIcrased the chlorophyllcontent and decreased the soluble protein content in the leaves;t was suggested that PP333inhibited growth by increasing the activities of Peroxidase and IAA oxidase,esulting in low-ering of endogenous IAA level.
