摘要 基于Ashtekar环理论,在此提出蛋白质折叠的一种新的量子引力理论.由此可以应用已知的结果,并获得4种新的近似结论:蛋白质结构是量子化的,其空间区域有限,各种奇点相应于折叠点和交叉点,存在不同的突变类型.进一步,可以结合Gambini的定义,讨论分形;结合可微动力学,获得分叉;结合规范理论,导出折叠的相变.最后探讨了蛋白质折叠的3种可能起源.这是非线性整体生物学的一种具体机制. Based on the Ashtekar's loop theory, which constitutes a very small discontinuous loop space, a new method of quantum gravity on protein folding is proposed. In the method, some known results are applied, and four new approximate conclusions are obtained: protein structures are quantized, their space regions are finite, various singularities correspond to folding and crossed points, and different types of catastrophe exist. Further, these are discussed briefly that the fractal is combined with a Gambini's quantity, the bifurcation is combined with a differentiable dynamics, and the phase transformation is combined with a gauge theory. Finally, three possible origins on protein folding are researched, it is a concrete mechanism of the nonlinear whole biology.
