摘要
人力资源管理的核心任务是培养员工对企业的认同感、归属感,对企业的忠诚程度。但是,在实践中,人们往往在人力资源的概念、人力资源的范围、人力资源管理的核心任务和人力资源管理者的概念上存在认识上的误区。
The key task of HRM should be to train the acceptance to enterprises of employees and the sense of ownership to enterprises , that is to say , the loyalty of employees to enterprises . But in practice , people often make mistakes in these conceptions, such as the concept of human resource , the range of human resource , the key task of the human resource management and the human resource managers .
