The Research On the Problems of Technology Enterprises Runned by Locals in Heilongjiang Province

通过对黑龙江省民营科技企业5种发展模式的分析,揭示出我省民营科技企业面临的困境,主要是国有比重大、历史包袱重、市场化程度低、整体开放水平不高,虽然我省民营企业呈现出快速健康发展的良好势头,但与国民经济整体要求和其他发达地区相比,仍然存在水平不高的问题,并针对这些困境从3个方面提出解决的办法。

Through an analysis to the five models of the technology enterprise runned by locals in Hei Longjiang province, we finally find that the difficult positions in the face of these technology enterprises mainly on specific - weight state property, heavy historical burden, low - level marketization and low - level open relationship with the internal and abroad, Although there is good and fast momentum on these enterprises, they still have some low- level prodlems on national economy after comparing with the other developed regions in China. Therefore, webring up some solutions on three aspects in order to solve the problems that mentioned above.
