摘要
本文分析了黑龙江省县域经济发展法制环境中存在的种种弊端,在此基础上指出应如何改变现有的法制环境,以促进黑龙江省县域经济健康有序地发展。
The article mainly analyses multi - malpractice which exists in a legal system of county territory economic development in Heilongjiang province.Further more,it also discusses how to change the current legal circumstance in order to adapt to the development of economic of Heilongjiang province in health ordinal way.
