摘要
随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,医疗设备采购逐渐实行了公开招标采购。为了使整个招标过程公平、公正、公开,招标必须按照一定的程序进行。因此,探索出一套相对标准的招标程序对医院在院内公开招标购买医疗仪器设备有着非常重要的意义。
Purchasing medical equipment has realized gradually open invite tenders, during medical health system reformed continuously. In order to make a fair, impartial and open course, the invite tenders must have a procedure. So, it is very important to have a standard program of open invite tenders of medical equipment in hospital.
