Progress in treatment for women with polycystic ovarian syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是目前青年女性常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病。目前因确切病因未清,对PCOS多仅限于对症治疗,包括减肥、降雄激素、治疗胰岛素抵抗和促排卵等。本文中作者综述了近几年PCOS的治疗进展。

Polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） is one of the endocrine disorders affecting those women who are in the reproductive age. Since the etiology of PCOS is not clear, the present treatment is mainly to reduce body weight, induce ovulation, improve the insulin sensitivity, decrease androgen levels and or so. This article reviewed the progress in treatment for women with polycystic ovarian syndrome in the last few years.
