摘要
通过对竹简秦汉律与唐律的比较,尤其是篇目体例与有关诉讼方面一些具体法律条文的比较,可以看出中国传统法律虽然在从秦汉时期到隋唐时期漫长的历史演进过程中,从一些具体法律条文到整个律典的篇章体例,都发生了很大的变化,但是法律制度所体现的法律精神则是高度一致的。
Through a comparison of Qin and Han Dynasty laws on bamboo slips and Tang Dynasty Law, especially the comparison of the titles and composition as well as some detailed legal items, it can be discerned that although the Chinese traditional law has experienced a great deal of changes from the detailed legal items to the titles and composition of the whole text in a long --time historical evolutional process from Qin and Han Dynasties to Sui and Tang Dynasties, the spirit of law embodied by legal institutions is highly identified.
