余干黑羽乌鸡血型基因种群遗传差异分析

ANALYSIS OF POPULATION GENETIC DIFFEBENCE OF BLOOD-GROUP GENE IN YUGAN BLACKFEATHER CHICKEN

应用中国科学院遗传研究所研制的１１个抗鸡红细胞抗原单价血清，对江西省余干黑乌鸡进行了血型测定和群体遗传学分析，并与江西其他三个地方良种鸡（泰和鸡、白耳鸡、崇仁麻鸡）的血型测定资料一起进行分析。结果表明：余干黑羽乌鸡群体的均一性好，整齐度高，达到了较高的选育水平；余干黑羽乌鸡的血型基因分布频率除与崇仁麻鸡没有显著差异，遗传距离最近外，与泰和鸡和与白耳鸡之间遗传距离均较远，遗传差异较大。

The blood-group genes of,Yugan blackfeather chicken were tested with eleven ope-rationally monospecific antisera which were made by the Institute of Genetics,AcademiaSinica,Comparative analysis of population genetics between Yugan blackfeather chickenand Jiangxi another three local breeds(Taihe silky chicken,White ear-lobe chicken.Chonren partridge chicken)was also carried out.The results showed that the coefficientof homozygosity of blood-group genes was high,while the combined numbers of blood-group phenotype was less of the Yugan blackfeather chicken.It means that the selec-tion level of Yugan blackfeather chicken is higher.The genetic distance between Yuganblackfeather chicken and Chonren partridge chicken was near,while betWeen Yuganblackfeather chicken and Taihe silky chicken was far.It is make known that the Yuganhlackfeather chicken is an independent local breed with outstanding characteristics andexcellent traits.
