高效液相色谱法测定脊痛宁胶囊中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Caffeotannic Acid in Jitongning Capsules by HPLC

目的应用高效液相色谱法对脊痛宁胶囊中绿原酸进行含量测定。方法选用KromasilC18分析柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(12∶88);流速:0.8mL/min;检测波长为327nm。结果线性范围为0.12～0.6μg(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.0%(n=5),RSD=1.82%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确。

Objective An assay method was established for the determination of caffeotannic acid in Jitongning capsules by HPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 analytical column （200 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μ m）. Mobile phase was aceronitrile-0.4% H3PO4 solution （12 ： 88）. Flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was at 327 nm. Results The linear range of caffeotannic acid was 0.12～ 0.6 μ g （r=0.9996）. The average recovery was 100.0%. RSD= 1.82%. Conclusion This method was proved to be simple, sensitive and reliable.
