摘要
为实现X射线安检设备各部分协调、高效的工作,设计了一套完善的控制系统。依据X射线安检机各部分的工作原理及控制要求,从对X射线线性阵列探测器及对X射线发生器的控制两方面给出了控制系统的方案,介绍了系统的抗干扰设计和通讯功能。该控制系统方案已应用到沈阳某检测设备有限公司DEX9080B型X射线安检机上,经过两年多的运行证明,该系统运行稳定、响应速度快,具有良好的抗干扰性和实用价值。
Typical X-ray security inspection equipment composed of X-ray generator, X-ray linear array detector, wiling electromotor and gearing, PC with image collector and light trigger, etc. is dealt with. A suit of perfect control system to realize every part to work harmoniously and effectively is designed. The project of control system by X-ray security inspection equipment working principle and the demand of control system are introduced. Then this project is applied to the DEX9080B X-ray security inspection equipment of DT Inspection Equipment company. After two years running, the system can be proved operating stably and rapidly. It has a preferable anti-jamming and value of use.
