摘要
目的探讨不同乳腺病变组织中TSP-1,CD44V5,erbB4的表达情况及相互关系。方法以乳腺纤维腺瘤、小叶增生和乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)为材料,采用免疫组化S-P法,检测3种病变中这些基因的表达情况。结果在IDC中erbB4的蛋白表达率明显高于其他两种组织(P<0.05),TSP-1,CD44V5的表达与组织类型无关(P>0.05);TSP-1的表达与erbB4呈正相关(r=0.404,P<0.05),而在TSP-1与CD44v5,CD44v5与erbB4间均未见相关性(P>0.05)。结论erbB4的表达可能促进乳腺IDC的发生,TSP-1的表达与erbB4的表达呈正相关。
Objective To study the expression of TSP-1, CD44v5, erbB4 genes in three types of breast diseases and analyze the relationship between each other. Method Using immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining technique, TSP-1, CD44V5, erbB4 proteins in the lesion of sixty cases of three types of diseases, including breast fibroadenoma, breast lobular hyperplasia and breast invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC) were detected. Result The positive rate of erbB4 in IDC is higher than that of the others( P 〈 0.05).The expression of the other two showed no relationship with the type of lesion( P 〉 0.05). The expression of erbB4 and TSP-1 showed positive correlation (r=0.404, P〈0.05), but there were no correlation found among the others(P 〉 0.05).Conclusion erbB4 may prompt the carcinogenesis of IDC .The expression of erbB4 and TSP-1 has positive correlation.
