摘要
用灭幼脲处理的补充营养寄主植物饲养云斑天牛Batocerahursfieldi(Hope)成虫,对子代卵的孵化有明显抑制作用。生化分析表明:灭幼脲可以促进雌虫卵巢组织DNA、RNA及一日龄卵DNA的合成;对一日龄卵内RNA含量影响不显著;对发育末期胚胎的DNA、RNA有明显抑制作用。结合灭幼脲在世代间垂直传递途径,讨论了灭幼脲对云斑天牛成虫不育作用的机理。
When adults of Batocera horsfieldi (Hope) were fed continuously with the adult host plant treated by different concentrations of diflubenzuron, the hatching of coming generation eggs was severely inhibited. The biochemistry analysis showed that both DNA, RNA content in the ovaries and DNA content in the ten hour old eggs increased with the diflubenzuron treatment. But the RNA content in the ten hour old eggs was a little affected. In addition, DNA and RNA contents at the last stage of embryonic development obviously decreased. Concerning its vertical transferring pathway between the generations, mechanism of action of sterilization by diflubenzuron on the adult of B.horsfieldi (Hope) was discussed.
