三相功率因数校正的单周控制仿真研究

摘要 基于单周控制PWM调制电路原理,对三相三开关PFC整流器进行控制方程的推导,提出了2种新的控制方法,即直接对电感电流或开关电流取样来实现功率因数校正.分析和仿真结果证实了方案的优越性. A equation on controlling a three-phase and three-switch PFC rectifier is deduced from the principles of the general one-cycle controlled PWM circuits, and the two new control methods are presented in this paper, which include sampling of inductor current and/or sampling of switch current, to realize the correction of power factors, Analysis and its simulation results show that these two schemes are advantageous.
