摘要
针对工程应用中3dB电桥不是简单地工作在中心频率的情况,基于微波网络理论研究3种3dB电桥的频率特性.分别是二分支3dB电桥、三分支3dB电桥和环形3dB电桥.首先,借助于符号运算软件得到它们的独立散射参量表达式,然后借助于公式化作图得到相应的幅频特性曲线和相频特性曲线.分析表明,从带宽特性看,环形3dB电桥要优于其它两种3dB电桥.
Because a 3dB bridge,is not only applied at central frequency practically, its frequency characteristics, such as the 3dB bridge with two branches, 3dB bridge with three branches and circular 3dB bridge, are studied based on the microwave network theory in this paper. First the expressions of independent scattering parameters are derived by means of symbol calculation software, and then the curves of amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics are obtained by using the formulation drawing. Analysis shows that circular 3dB bridge is better than other two in bandwidth.
