摘要
《西游记》人物组合的“七子”模式,最多传统“七位一体”的类型,但其具体运用却超越了传统,并有新的创造。其所创造“七子”模式,一是“七”分而为“一”与“六”对立型,二是“一”与“六”合而为“七”型。“七”之为数是《西游记》总体构思一大关键。其文化渊源乃在《周易》“七日来复”之道和佛教禅宗思想。
There are many traditional types of “septenary” in “Seven Persons” mode of personage's association in Pilgrimage to the West. The tradition is exceeded in its' embodiment. What's the new “Seven Persons” modes in this book are the opposing type of “one and six” and the uniting type of “one and six”. “seven”, this number is the key of the whole designing of Pilgrimage to the West. The origin is the “Hebdomad Reiteration” in ZhouYi and Zen Ideology of Buddhism.
