我国成人高等教育在当前知识经济不断发展、信息化革命不断深入、劳动不断向智能化转变的历史时刻,面临着许多困难与问题。本文就成人高等教育的生源、教育质量、专业与课程设置、管理模式等方面存在的问题作尝试性探析,找出制约成人高等教育发展的因素,在此基础上,寻求改革的对策与出路。

The adult higher education in China is confronted with many difficulties and problems with the developing of the intellectual economy and informationalization revolution and intellectualized work. The author analyses the problems, which lie in the source of students, education quality, subject and curriculum offered, management mode, education principle , and then puts forward countermeasures to them after pointing out the restricted factors of the adult higher education.
