摘要
知识经济及科技革命对劳动价值论提出了挑战。“超额剩余价值”的获取成为企业竞争的焦点,劳动价值理论与我国现阶段多元利益分配格局的“矛盾”越来越尖锐。虽然劳动价值论并未过时,但已不能直接解释许多新的经济现象。管理者的劳动是超额剩余价值的来源,是劳动生产率提高的关键所在。科学技术并不能创造价值,只是转移价值。
The labor theory of vale is challenged by knowledge-based economy and revolution of science and technology. The gain of " excess surplus values" becomes the focus of the enterprise competition, and the labor theory of value has sharply contradicted the diverse structure of benefit distribution in the current phase in China. Though it is not out of date, the labor theory of value can not account for many new economic phenomena. This paper argues that the source of the excess surplus value is the administrator' s labor, which is the crux of improving the rate of production. Science and technology can not create but transfer the value.
