论民族精神在大学生思想政治教育中的作用

On the Role of the National Spirit in the University Ideological and Political Education

民族精神是一个民族生命力、创造力和凝聚力的源泉,它对于整个民族的进步和发展具有整合协调的作用,并在大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用:它可以不断增强大学生的爱国情怀、改革精神和创新能力,使其始终保持艰苦奋斗的作风和高扬向上的精神状态。当然,民族精神的弘扬和培育是一个长期、复杂、循序渐进的过程,所以要弘扬和培育民族精神应做好以下工作:以马克思主义理论为指导,塑造新时代的民族精神;开展形式多样的实践活动,培养大学生的道德品质;不断丰富校园文化,提高学生的审美情趣和对文化的感受力、领悟力。

As the source of vitality, creativity and cohesiveness of a nation, national spirit has the function of combination and coordination in the progress and development of the whole nation. In the university ideological and political education it plays an important role in strengthening patriotic feelings, reformative spirit and innovation ability of university students who can accordingly remain the style of plain living and hard struggle and keep the enterprising spirit. To expand and foster national spirit is a long, complicated and gradual process. The following work should be well dealt with： the national spirit of new times should be set up under the guideline of Marxism; various practical activities should be held to strengthen the morality of university students; campus culture should be enriched and the students＇ aesthetic taste and cultural awareness and comprehension should be improved.
