Influence of Fengshui Theory on the Planning and Designing of Landscape Architecture

回顾风水理论与风景园林规划设计历史渊源,知道风水理论“天人合一”、“勘察地理形势”、“分金立向”、“形势说”等学说在景观规划设计理念、景观营造的择地选址、园林景观空间格局与序列布置、景观建筑与外部空间尺度设计等方面对风景园林规划设计理论和方法有极大的影响。

Based on the review of Fengshui theory and the history of landscape architecture planning and designing, this paper discusses the strong influence such Fengshui theories as harmonious combination of heaven and man, investigation of topography, planning buildings based on the direction of mountain ranges, and theory of Xing-shi exert upon the conception of landscape architecture planning and designing, site selection, space pattern and sequence arrangement, and designing of landscape architecture and out-space dimension.
