创品牌是现阶段我国高校学报生存和发展的基本战略,高校学报具有创品牌的条件。高校学报创品牌,质量是基础,特色是前提,机制是保证;必须转变观念,对高校学报进行总体策划,把工作重点从编辑、校对转移到策划和选题、组稿上来。
To create a brand-name journal is a basic strategy of the survival and development of Chinese university journals in the present stage.
