摘要
目的建立西黄胶囊中胆红素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:十八烷基键合硅胶柱(Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱,150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-氯仿-1%磷酸(84︰9︰7);检测波长为450nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果胆红素进样量在0.01～0.07μg之间,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);平均回收率为98.07%,RSD=1.05%。结论该法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于测定西黄胶囊中胆红素的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bilirubin in Xihuang capsules. Methods HPLC method was applied and the chromatographic conditions were as follows： Hypersil BDS C18 column （150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） with methanol-chloroform -1% phosphoric acid （84 ： 9 ： 7） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL · min^-1 with the detected wavelength at 450 nm and the column temperature at 25 ℃. Results The calibration curve for bilirubin was linear in the range of 0.01 - 0.07μg. The average recover＇ was 98.07% （RSD = 1.05%） . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, specific and could be used for the quality eontrol of bilirubin in Xihuang capsules.
