和谐社会:四维建构社会关系的和谐诉求对构建和谐社会的社会学考察

Harmonious Society: An Appeal for Building a Four-dimensional Social Relation in View of Sociology

构建和谐社会的提出,丰富了建设中国特色社会主义—建设小康社会—科学发展观的伟大社会工程的内涵,并强化了它的人文关怀和人文精神。和谐社会具有人与人的和谐、人与社会的和谐、人与自然的和谐、人的自我和谐的四维结构。构建和谐社会应注意解决社会分配不均、三农问题、新兴中产阶层—白领阶层的成长、贪污腐败等问题。其普泛性原则与领域有:社会“三个尊重”理念的形成,普遍的诚信制度与问责制度的建立,“第三次分配”水平的提高,关怀弱势群体和关注社会高危群体等。

In China there is a great social project which includes building the socialism with Chinese characteristics, taking steps for the people＇ s wall being and adopting the scientific values of development. Nowadays the proposal to build a harmonious society not only enriches what the project contains but strengthens the humanistic solicitude for people or people-oriented spirit. It is deemed that the harmonious society is such a four-dimensional organization that the relations between individuals, man and society, man and nature and, as the fourth dimension, man and individual itself are all to be harmonized with each other step by step. In the process of building a harmonious society the following problems shall be solved emphatically, i. e. , unfair social distribution; agriculture, rural areas and farmers; growing middle class; corruption. Some issues are also regarded as of far reaching importance, such as the awakening of self-respeet and respect for other people and the community, establishing systematically the social/personal integrity and prosecution for dereliction of duty, increasing further the incomes from the socalled tertiary distribution and paying more attention to the weak especially the people in hazardous situation.
