Modern Review on the Research of Skills of Run-up Speed and Take-off Technique in Long Jump

通过查阅大量国内外有关跳远技术方面的文献资料,从跳远助跑、起跳两个较为重要的环节入手,系统地整理和分析了国内外跳远技术研究的现状及其研究成果,为教练员从事跳远技术的训练工作提供一定的理论指导。

This paper, with the analysis of the research available at home and abroad, from the aspects of run - up speed, take- off techniques in long jump,analyses the review on research of modern skills in long jump and the result in relation to research, in order to supply some theoretical help and guides for our coaches who are engaged in the work of skills training in long jump.
