摘要 为了解决现有实例模型的管理问题,提出了实例库管理系统模型并进行了分析研究,以支持产品设计本身及产品设计过程的问题。针对产品开发与实例模型重用的有关问题,提出了便于实例匹配、信息化和标准化处理的实例库结构。为了解决适宜于产品并行设计与实例库扩展的关系问题,建立了实例库内部的关联关系,即采用一对多的对应关系解决设计中通用独立部件与相关部件的关系问题。通过实例库与产品设计关系的建立,解决适合于变型设计要求的实例管理和组织问题。以某风机为例简要说明了实例库设计的应用过程。 In order to solve the management problem of case model,the case-base management system model is proposed for sustaining the design problems itself and product design process.Aiming at the problems of product developing and reusing of case model,structure of case-base on case matching,information and standardization is brought forward. The correlation relationship of the inner case-base is built to solve the product concurrent design and extension of case-base, that is to say to solve the relation of the universal and individual parts in design process by introducing corresponding of one-to-more. By building the relation of case-base and product design, the problems that case management and organization are fitted for the variant design can be solved. An example is used to illustrate application of the case-base design.
