摘要
本文分析了低压整体式铝合金轮毂的低压铸造工艺性,并从铸型分型面、铸型型腔尺寸和铸型壁厚的确定,铸型排气系统、浇注系统、冷却系统的设计等几方面介绍了该产品模具结构设计要点。
The low-pressure casting principle of the 200 aluminum-alloy automobile wheel rim is introduced; and the structure design cores of the mould are studied with mould parting surface, dimensioning of metal mould cavity, the wall thickness settlement of the metal cavity, exhaust air system, gating system and cooling system.
