摘要
在一副级进模中,其组成模板上的各类孔的总数有时多达几百个,设计非常繁琐。本文通过分析级进模各模板孔与其相关零件间的关系,给出了模板孔参数和形状的提取方法,以及它们与相关零件的关联方法,并以此为基础,在UG平台开发了级进模模板孔设计模块,简化了模板孔的设计,保证了设计结果的一致性。
There are several hundreds of plate holes in a progressive die, and the design work of these holes is very tedious. In this paper, the relationship between the plate holes and their related parts is analyzed first, and the methods of creating these plate holes are discussed. In order to keep the association between the plate holes and the related parts, the UDO (User Defined Object in UG platform) is applied to represent the holes. Since the association design method is used, the design procedure of the plate holes is observably simplified, and the design results can be guaranteed.
