The Psychological Tiredness of People's Police of Reeducation through Labour and Countermeasure

劳教人民警察因长期担负对特殊群体(劳教人员)的管理和教育工作,来自社会、家庭和个人等各方面的压力容易产生职业心理倦怠,诱发各种消极情绪,给教育矫治工作带来负面影响,并反过来进一步加大其心理倦怠程度,从而形成恶性循环.为此,劳教场所应通过矫正认知,改善工作环境等多种手段消除劳教人民警察职业倦怠心理.

Because the people＇s police of reeducation through labour take charge of the management and educational work of the special colony （the personnel of reeducation through labour ） for a long time, the pressures from society, family, individual and of various fields are prone to the job psychology languidly, which brings out various kinds of passive mood, and bring a negative effect to reeducation, thus form the vicious circle. For this reason, we should improve such many kinds of means as working environment, correcting cognition in the place of reeducation through labour, and dispel the psychological tiredness of the people＇s police of reeducation through labour.
