激情犯罪是一种人在强烈刺激因素介入下的犯罪.在狱内又犯罪案件中,故意杀人或伤害、过失致人死亡或重伤等激情犯罪,占有不小比例,且因其具有突发性强、极端鲁莽、危害性大等特点而最难预防和制止.对此,本文试就狱内激情犯罪的特点、原因及预防对策作一浅析.

The crime committed at the state of passion is that a kind of person gets involved in the crime under the strong stimulus. Among the crime case in prison, such as kill or injure on purpose for instance, fault cause people death or getting severely injured amount to a large small of the total case, and the most difficult thing is to prevent it because it has sudden, strong and extreme characteristic. So, through the simple analysis of characteristic, reason and countermeasure of crime committed at a state of passion, the article aims to offer some reference for the work in prison.
