摘要
针对日益严重的停车问题,从停车泊位的划定及其利用率的提高、停车场的配建及其发展方向等方面提出了相应的解决对策,尤其是将停车控制作为一个系统来考虑,从系统方法的角度说明了如何解决停车问题,以达到缓解紧张交通状况的目的。
To solve the parking problem, strategies are proposed by considering the following factors, such as planning and raising application rate of park place, building and development trend of accidental park equipment, and so on. It systematically analyzes parking control as a system in order to relieve the intense traffic condition.
