大学生就业问题调查与分析

A Survey and Analysis of Employment of University Graduates

本文以经济发达的浙江地区大学生的就业状况为例,深入分析了其中存在的问题及其原因。笔者提出了解决这些问题的四条措施:一是引导大学生进一步转变就业观念;二是提高大学生的综合素质和就业能力;三是积极为大学生就业提供各种服务;四是齐抓共管,优化大学生就业环境。

With the state of employment of university graduates in the economically developed Zhejiang region as an example, this article presents an analysis of existing problems and their causes. The authors then proposes four measures for the solution of the problems： 1） change university graduates＇ ideas about employment; 2） enhance their personal quality and abilities; 3） provide better service to help them find employment; and 4） make a joint effort to improve the overall environment for the employment of university graduates.
