本文主要根据历史制度主义的分析范式,通过对欧美西方发达国家和我国大学自主权在1980年代之前历史演进的梳理,进而抽离出:大学自主权主要反映了大学与政府之间的权力配比关系,政府则是影响大学自主权演进的主导性因素。

Historical institutionalism is one of the main paradigm of politics science which is based on experience in the contemporary era in the west, and it is one of the genre of new institutionalism politics science. According to the paradigm of Historical institutionalism, by pectination of the evolution of university self-determination right between western developed countries in Europe and America, the paper recapitulates that university self-determination right mainly reflects the relationships of power proportioning between western governments and universities and government are the dominant factor of university self-determination right evolution.
