摘要
本文以阿伦尼斯(Arrhenius)模型作为环境应力模型,解决利用不同环境应力下可靠性增长试验数据,求试验结束时设备可靠度的置信下限问题。给出了模型参数的极大似然估计,进而求出可靠度的置信下限。模拟研究结果表明,上述方法效果良好,估计的精度能满足工程要求。
In this paper, we adopt the Arrhenius stress model as the accelerated life equation. We propose a method to analyze reliability growth data taken from different stress environments. The parameters in the model are estimated by the maximum likelihood method. Then, the confidence lower bound of the reliability can be obtained. The simulation studies show that the method is feasible and the accuracy can meet the engineering requirements.
