国家级森林资源监测体系中的地面样地设计

A Discussion on the Field Plot Designs in NationalForest Resources Mornitoring System

本文基于抽样原理，在分析世界上国家级森林清查体系中样地设计特点的同时，根据我国森林资源的特点，对我国森林资源连续清查中采用的各种地面样地设计加以讨论，并对新体系的地面样地设计提出了建议。

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to discuss field plot designs in the forest inven-tory in the world from the viewpoints of national forest inventory, continuous forest in-ventory (CFI). First, fixed-area plots are discussed including single square plots , singleradius plots, concentric plots, radius cluster plots,rectanqular cluster plots. Then variablearea plots are introduced, in this aspect, satellite cluster point sampling plots usedin USA and cluster point sampling plots used in Europe are explained. Based on theprinciple of sampling, analyses are made to all these kinds of plots. Finally, the authorhas made several suggustions to the field plot designs for the UNDP aided project ``Establishment of a National Forest Resources Monitoring System'.
