摘要
本文介绍了(1)用桉木生产漂白化学浆,包括硫酸盐法和碱一蒽醌法制浆;(2)用按木生产漂白半化学浆,主要是中性亚硫酸盐半化学高得率浆;(3)用桉木生产漂白化学机械浆,包括冷碱法和亚硫酸盐法制浆;(4)用桉木生产漂白化学热磨机械浆。
The main points of the paper are as follows: (1). when chemical bleached Eucalyptus pulp is produced, the yield of Kraft cooking pulp is 50%—54% and the Kappa value is 13—14; when oxygen expanded delignification and D—E_0—D_1—D_2 four—stage bleaching is adopted, the whiteness of bleached pulp is 90%. (2). as far as semi—chemical bleached Eucalyptus pulp is concerned, the whiteness of neutral sulfite semi—chemical pulp is very high (50%—54% ISO ), as to single stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching, the whiteness of bleached pulp is 80%—83% ISO and the pulp yield is 80%—88%. (3). as far as chime —mechanical bleached Eucalyptus pulp is concerned, the pulp yield of cold soda process pulping is 90%; as to single stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching, the whiteness of bleached pulp is 75%—78% ISO; as to sulfite process pulping, pulp yield is 85.4%; when single stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching is adopted, the whiteness of bleached pulp is 85% ISO. and (4). as for chime—thero—mechanical pulp bleaching, the Eucalyptus pulp yield is 88%, when single stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching is adopted, the whiteness of bleached pulp is 82%—84% ISO.
