悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征

Clinical Experience of Uvulopharyngoplasty

目的探讨悬雍垂腭咽成型术(UPPP)在治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)中的应用。方法本组病例82例行插管全身静脉复合麻醉,切除双侧扁桃体、部分腭咽弓、软腭、悬雍垂,扩大咽腔。结果悬雍垂腭咽成型术治疗阻塞部位位于口咽部的OSAHS患者,可明显扩大咽腔,术后经6个月随访,82例患者均取得治愈及显效。结论全麻下悬雍垂腭咽成型术治疗阻塞部位位于口咽部的OSAHS患者安全可靠,疗效肯定。

Objective To discuss the application of UPPP in treatment of OSAHS. Methods 82 cases had underwent such operation under intubation of general anesthesia. Results 82 cases had obtained better curative effect after half year follow - up especially for the obstructive laryngeal in OSAHS patient. Conclusion This method under general anesthesia might obtain the better effect for UPPP patient.
