摘要
目的观察哌替啶在人流中的止痛作用以寻找一种有效的人流止痛药.方法以病例对照方法观察2003-01～2004-01共378例早孕妇女随机将用哌替啶止痛的194例分为1组,未用哌替啶的184例作为对照组进行比较.结果显示哌替啶在人流中有明显的止痛作用,不增加术中出血量,并能减少人流综合征的发生.结论哌替啶在人流中的止痛效果好,简便易行,并且不需要麻醉医生的参与.
Objective To observe the action of pethdine in induced abortion. Methods 378 cases of early pregnancy were divided into pethidine group （ 194 cases ） and No pethidine group as control from January 2003 to January 2004 and compared their results. Results The results showed that pethidine had obvious analgesia action in induced abortion without increasing bleeding and could reduce the complications. Conclusion The pethidine could reach the better analgesia effect with safe and easy that unnecessary anesthetist.
