从交通运输规划自身特点出发,在四阶段法基础上对交通运输规划中运输量的预测方法进行了探讨,同时针对以往传统的做法,指出应注意的问题并提出相应的措施,并在具体的分析阶段中针对性地提出一系列相应的计算方法.

From the characteristics of the communications and transportation planning, the forecast method of carrying volume in the planned project of the communications and transportation on the basis of four stage laws is disoussed. Based on the traditional method, Some problem which should be paid attention to and the corresponding meansures are put forward. A series of corresponding computing technologies are also proposed during concrete analysis stage.
