继续教育培训:教师的一种积极休闲方式

摘要 在许多中小学教师看来,继续教育培训与休闲是对立的,这种观念不仅导致教师对继续教育培训产生负面情绪,也影响着培训的效果。文章对继续教育培训具有的休闲性质和功能进行了分析,认为优质的继续教育培训是一种有益于教师心理健康的休闲活动,并提出了最具积极休闲意义的培训方式——研讨式培训。
