50%灭·杀单WP的安全性及其对美洲斑潜蝇控制作用 被引量:2

摘要 50%灭.杀单WP对大鼠经口急性毒性分别为雄鼠LD501000 mg.kg-1和雌鼠562 mg.kg-1;对大鼠的经皮急性毒性,雄鼠和雌鼠的LD50均大于2000 mg.kg-1;50%灭.杀单WP对大鼠急性经口、经皮均为低毒级,对皮肤和眼睛刺激强度均属无刺激性。室内和田间测定结果表明,50%灭.杀单WP对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫的防治效果好于成虫,对低龄幼虫的防治效果好于高龄幼虫;50%灭.杀单WP 500、333.33、250 mg.L-13种浓度处理的防治效果均好于单剂50%灭蝇胺WP 125mg.L-1处理;50%灭.杀单WP 500 mg.L-1处理的防治效果好于单剂90%杀虫单600 mg.L-1处理;50%灭.杀单WP对美洲斑潜蝇具有较好的速效性和持效性,500 mg.L-1处理在药后14 d仍有效控制美洲斑潜蝇的为害。 The results showed that LDs0 was 1000 · kg ^-1 in male rats and 562 mg · kg ^-1 in female rats of the mixture cyromazine + monosultap 50% WP with acute toxicity test through mouth in rats. The results of acute skin toxicity in rats of the mixture showed that LD50 were more than 2000 ·kg^- 1 in male and female rats. The toxicity level of the mixture is low. The skin and eye irritation to rabbits was not found. According to the indoor and field test, the mixture is more effective to larvae than to adults of miner Liriomyza sativae,and to young larval stage than to old larval stage. The control effect to leaf miner, L. sativae, of the mixture with the concentration of 500, 333.33 and 250 mg · L^-1 were better than that of single cyromazine 50% WP 125 mg · L^-1, and the mixture with the concentration of 500 mg · L^-1 was better than that of single shachongdan 90% SP with the concentration of 600 · L^-1. The quick result and hold effect of mixture were showed to control L. sativae, and efficiency control hold 14 d with the concentration of 500 ·L^-1.
