室内试验表明,阿维菌素及其2个衍生物对4种鳞翅目害虫小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、二化螟和棉铃虫幼虫的毒力由高到低依次是富表甲氨基阿维菌素、甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和阿维菌素。2个衍生物的毒力分别是阿维菌素的9.5-65倍和4-15倍。二化螟蚁螟和小菜蛾二龄幼虫对阿维菌素及其2个衍生物很敏感,LC50为0.004-0.283 mg.L-1,显示出很高的毒力;甜菜夜蛾和棉铃虫对阿维菌素的2个衍生物敏感程度较高,LC50为1.017-8.108 mg.L-1,对阿维菌素的敏感性相对较低,LC50为18.091-65.992 mg.L-1。因此,田间防治甜菜夜蛾和棉铃虫时应尽量避免使用阿维菌素,而应选用2个衍生物,以达到高效、低毒的目的。
The toxicity of abamectin and abamectin derivatives (emamectin benzoate and emamectin) to lepidopteran pests was tested in the lab. The toxicity of emamectin was the highest. Toxicity of emamectin and emamectin benzoate were 9.5 - 65 and 4 - 15 times respectively as that of abamectin. Chilo suppressalis and Plutella xylostella were very susceptable to emamectin and emamectin benzoate (LC50: 0.004 -0.283 mg · L^-1) ; Spodoptera exigua and Helicoverpa armigera were susceptable to emamectin and emamectin benzoate (LC50: 1. 017 - 8.1081 mg · L^- 1 ) , but less susceptable to abamectin (LC50 : 18.091 - 65.992 mg · L^- 1 ). So, the two abamectin derivatives can be used to control Spodoptera exigua and Helicoverpa armigera in field.
