“Crisis Affairs” not only do harm to the units, but also bring great effect to the country, which makes people begin to think about the imperfect aspects existed in the public management. Thus introducing some public crisis management patterns becomes the inevitable choice of perfecting public management in China. This article focuses on the brief description of public crisis and crisis management patterns, with the aim of helping to improve the imperfect aspects of public management.
