The research method on economic law theory affects its researches, whose achievements can be directly employed in guidance enrichment and development of the economic law theory system. This paper, beginning with the definition of the research method on economic law theory, is about the significance and complexity of the research system, constructing the research method system on economic law theory from three levels.
