On Nozick's "Natural State" Theory

“自然状态”理论是诺齐克的以权利为原则的社会正义论的逻辑起点。权利作为指导国家和个人行为的根本道德标准和边际约束引导人们过着一种他们各自设想的美好生活。但是,他给出的证据却推出了这样的结论:个人富有意义的生活正是个人权利的根据。这是矛盾的。

The “natural state” theory is the logic start of Nozick＇s social justice based on right principle. As the basic moral, standard and marginal constraint instructing the nation and personal behavior, right leads people to a beautiful life they conceive. However, the evidence reveals the conclusion that the meaningful life of individual is the accordance of individual right, which is contradictorg.
