摘要
校本培训的关键在于使受训教师能够主动地学习、反思和创造。要达到这一要求,必须重视培训的组织与操作:在内容的选择上,充分考虑教师发展的需要和内容的价值;在培训方法的运用上,注重受训教师学习行为的规范性;在培训过程中,调整受训教师的心态,以提高他们的适应能力。
The key of the school-centered training is to let the teachers learn, reflect and create automatically. To achieve this goal the organization and operation must be focused on. In terms of selecting the training content, teacher's need and the value of the content is considered. As for the training approach, standard of teacher's learning behavior is stressed. Teachers mental state is supposed to be adjusted in the course of training to improve their adjusting competence.
