脂蛋白脂酶PvuⅡ位点多态性与老年人群血脂的相关分析

Correlation of Lipoprotein Lipase Gene Polymorphism at Pvu Ⅱ Locus and Plasm Lipids of Elderly Population

目的:探索脂蛋白脂酶的PvuⅡ位点基因多态性与老年人群血脂水平的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP),检测119名来我院体检的退休干部的脂蛋白脂酶基因内含子6上的PvuⅡ多态性,并分析其与血脂的相关性。结果:P+/P+基因型与三酰甘油正相关,P+/P-基因型与高密度脂蛋白正相关,P-/P-与低密度脂蛋白正相关。结论:LPL-PvuⅡ基因多态性与老年人群血脂有一定的关联。

Objective：To investigate the correlation of lipoprotein lipase （LPL） gene polymorphism at Pvu Ⅱ locus and plasm lipids. Methods-Polymerse chain restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to determine the DNA polymorphism at PvuⅡ site in the the lipoprotein lipase gene in 119 case of retired officers who made physical examination hi the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College. Results：The frequency of P ＋/＋ genotype in the hyperlipidemia group was higher than that in the normal group. P ＋/-was positively correlated with the level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol. P-/- was positively correlation with the level of low-density lipoprotein. Conclusion：DNA polymorphism at PvuⅡ site in the the lipoprotein lipase gene was correlated with plasm lipids of elderly population.
