建立出口花生质量跟踪体系的探讨

食品安全质量问题是当前世界和我国政府及消费者最为关心的问题。我国花生在国际市场上占有重要地位,欧盟是我国花生的最主要出口市场之一。欧盟指令EC/178/2002规定自2005年1月1日起,欧盟将实行食品质量追踪体系,该措施将对我国输欧盟花生产生一定的影响。为了指导出口花生企业建立质量跟踪体系,消除不利影响,通过对出口花生各加工环节进行了分析,提出建立出口花生质量跟踪体系的关键要素。

Food safety is one of the most concerned problem by the consumers worldwide and domestic and also by the Chinese government. Peanut is one of the traditional export commodities of China, it is famous in the world market,especially in the most important market-EU. According to the Regulation（EC） No 178/2002, the traceability of food and feed should be made into force from January 12005, it will effect the exportation of Chinese peanuts. In order to help the peanuts export enterprises to establish the traceability system to minimize the disadvantage effects, this thesis has analyzed all the processing steps of the export peanut, summed up the key elements for the establishment of export peanut quality traceability system.
