摘要
目的建立用RP-HPLC法测定小儿复方磺胺甲噁唑颗粒的含量.方法用C18柱,0.025 mol·L-1磷酸溶液-乙腈(80:20),用三乙胺调pH至5.90±0.1为流动相,检测波长为246 nm.结果磺胺甲噁唑在20~400 mg·L-1,甲氧苄啶在4~80 mg·L-1范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r分别为0.999 99和0.999 95.平均回收率在99.5%~100.5%,RSD均小于0.5%.结论该法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好.
Aim To estabilsh the methods for the determination of pediatric compound sulfamethoxazole granules with RP-HPLC. Methods Cls column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 025 mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile ( 80: 20), pH 5.90±0.1 by trietbylamine ;determined-wavelength was 246 nm. Results There was good linear correlation in 20-400 mg·L^-1 ( Sulfame-thoxazole) and in 4 -80 mg·L^-1 (Trimethoprim). r =0. 999 99 & 0. 999 95. The average recovery ranged between 99.5% and 100. 5% ,RSD were less than 0.5%. Conclusion The method was sensitive,accurate,repeatable and easy to operate.
