大肠次全切除治疗左半结肠癌致肠梗阻12例

Subtotal colectomy for obstructing carcinoma of the left colon:12 cases

目的探讨一期大肠次全切除术在治疗左半结肠癌致肠梗阻中的作用。方法对在12例左半结肠癌致致肠梗患者中采用一期大肠次全切除术的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果无吻合口瘘发生者,无粘连性肠梗阻再入院者。1例切口感染,中度腹泻2例经综合治疗好转。结论一期大肠次全切除术治疗左半结肠癌致肠梗阻疗效好,尤其适宜于在基层医院开展。

Aim To explore the subtotal colectomy for the obstructing carcinoma of the left colon. Methods The clinical data for 12 cases of the obstructing carcinoma of the left colon were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no death ,no complications such as anastomostic leakage, intestinal obstruction of adhesion. 1 case had incision infection,2 cases diarrhea,which were cured soon. Conclusion The one-staged subtotal colectomy is an effective and reliable method for the obstructing carcinoma of the left colon, especially in the rural hospitals.
