我院住院病人抗菌药物给药方案的分析

Improper use of antimicrobials in medical orders

目的了解住院患者应用抗菌药物的状况,分析抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法对我院336例住院病人抗菌药物的给药医嘱进行调查并进行综合分析。结果患者抗菌药物的应用率63.33%,单一用药占应用抗菌药物患者的57.44%,二联以上用药占42.56%。抗感染药物应用率较高,联合用药普遍,给药间隔基本适当。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物应用基本合理,但仍存在着一些不合理应用之处,对存在的问题应制订相应措施。

Aim To investigate the usage of antimicrobials in inpatient department in the hospital and evaluate the rationality of the usage of antimicrobials in each department. Methods 336 medical orders were collected, and a comprehensive analvsis was conducted. Resuits The application rate of antimicrobials in inpatients was 63.33% ; the usage of one drug was 57.44% ;the usage of more than two drugs was 42.56%. The application rate of antimicrobials was higher,combined drug-use was unduly prevalent, and opportunity of antimicrobials usage was basicall adequate. Conclusion Antimicrobials used for inpatients in our hospital is basically rational,but there exists impertinencies too. Measure directed against the existing problem should be worked out.
